Make a Payment

We have implemented a new credit card payment system.  When you select "Make a Payment", a new tab/window will open allowing you to enter details regarding your payment.  If needed, step-by-step instructions can be found below.

Instructions

Select "Make a Payment" (above) and follow the steps below to make your payment through our online payment portal

Step 1: Select the Type of Payment

Locate the Select an Item dropdown menu under Pay a Bill.
Choose one of the following payment types that matches your payment

Burn Permits ▪ Civil Penalties ▪ Dust Control Plans/Notifications
General Payments ▪ Northwest Opacity Certification
Notice of Construction/New Source Review
Notice of Demolition/Renovation ▪ Registration

Click Next after selecting the payment type to continue
Note: Do not click Continue until payment information (see below) has been entered.

Step 2: Enter Your Payment Information

Enter information related to your payment in the additional fields that appear
Depending on the payment type, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

Invoice/Reference Number ▪ Customer Account Number ▪ Payment Type ▪ Amount

Please carefully enter all the required information
Note: If an amount is shown in parentheses next to a payment type, enter it in the Amount field.

Step 3: Add Another Payment (Optional)

To make more than one payment, do the following:
Click + Pay another bill
Enter the information for the additional payment
Repeat as needed for multiple payments.

Step 4: Continue to Checkout

Review the information entered
Verify payment types, invoice/reference numbers, and amounts are correct
Click Continue to proceed to the payment screen.

Step 5: Choose a Payment Method

On the payment screen, you will see a summary of your charges and available payment options
Select your preferred payment method
Enter the required payment information
Available payment methods may include:
Credit Card ▪ Debit Card ▪ Bank Account (ACH/eCheck) ▪ Google Pay (when available)

Step 6: Review Your Payment

Review the payment summary
Verify the payment amount
Confirm all information is correct

Step 7: Submit Your Payment

Read and accept the Terms of Service
Click Pay Now to submit your payment
When successfully processed, a confirmation screen will appear
Print or save the receipt for your records
